I'll have to wait until Monday to post a new picture (stupid slow dial-up...shouldn't complain; at least I have something now). Temba has been trying to hold his head up & I have a photo of it. Sitting up is still a bit of a challenge, but he can hold his head up for about 30 seconds when I call his name (this is also good b/c it means he can HEAR me calling his name). YAY!
His feeding tube is coming out on Tuesday. We've only been flushing the tube with water anyway, so the vets said we could take it out. Maybe not filling up on that water will increase his appetite - he's not quite eating as much on his own as they'd like, but he is eating a fair amount & has gained 1 whole pound since he was in the ER over a week ago (2.4lbs now!).
